Custom Software Built Around Your Business

Satani Ventures is a software engineering consultancy based in India, working with businesses and product teams internationally. We build custom applications, automate manual workflows, and connect the systems your business already depends on. Every engagement starts with understanding the problem and agreeing on a written plan before implementation begins.

Every product starts with a clear plan before it becomes software.

Sheet 02 — Specification

Some businesses need a new application. Others need to remove manual work between existing systems or improve a product that has become difficult to maintain. We choose the approach around the problem, the systems already in place, and the constraints that matter.

Custom Software Development

Web applications · Internal tools · Backend systems

Build applications around your workflows, users and business rules. From internal tools to customer-facing products, the goal is software that fits the way the business operates.

Business Automation & Integration

Workflow automation · APIs · Third-party systems

Connect systems and replace repetitive manual steps with dependable workflows. Include validation, error handling and visibility into what happens when a process needs attention.

Product Engineering & Modernisation

New features · Refactoring · Performance

Extend an existing product without making it harder to change. Improve features, database performance, test coverage and release processes around the product's actual needs.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Deployment · Monitoring · CI/CD

Make applications easier to deploy, operate and maintain with appropriate infrastructure, automated release workflows, monitoring and practical operational documentation.

Mobile Systems

iOS · Android · Cross-platform

Build mobile applications that work with your wider product and business systems, with architecture, offline behaviour and release processes chosen to fit the requirements.

How we work

Sheet 03 — Process

01

Understand the problem

We learn how the current process works, where it breaks down, who uses it, and what the finished system needs to achieve.

02

Agree on the plan

We document the proposed approach, scope, exclusions, constraints and acceptance criteria before committing to implementation.

03

Build in visible increments

Work progresses in reviewable stages. Where the project cadence allows, you see working software about every two weeks and can give feedback before the work moves too far ahead.

04

Deliver for the long term

You receive the agreed software, relevant documentation and a codebase your team can understand and maintain. Ongoing support can continue when needed, but handover is part of the delivery.

Software built for real operational problems.

These projects show how we approach different kinds of engineering work: connecting a conversational interface to an existing member system, and turning document-heavy trade declaration work into a structured, validated workflow.

Conversational WhatsApp Assistant

A WhatsApp assistant that helps members find information, manage event registrations, access invoices and check payments through the organisation's existing website APIs.

Services: Conversational systems, business automation, API integration.

Import & Export Declaration Automation

An on-premise application that extracts shipment data from PDFs, validates it against defined rules, and prepares reviewed data for an existing trade declaration filing workflow.

Services: Document processing, workflow automation, custom software.
